Kentucky coffeetree is a unique tree with large, woody pods and very large leaves made up of smaller leaflets. It is adaptable to a wide range of soils and climates. However, this tree prefers full sun and moist, rich soils. The coffeetree tends to reach a height of 60 to 75 feet.
