Blue Rug juniper

Blue Rug is the lowest-growing and potentially the slowest-growing juniper. It has a dense, trailing form that makes it excellent as a ground cover. It does well in full sun and moist, well-drained soil. It grows 4 to 6 inches in height and 6 to 8 feet in width.
